We stand behind the quality of our hardware. If you receive a defective item or are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Request Authorization
Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Pack Securely
Place the item in its original packaging including all cables, units, and documentation to ensure a full refund.
- 3.Ship Item
Affix the provided return label or ship via a trackable carrier to our designated return center.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once the hardware is inspected, a refund or replacement will be processed within 5 business days.
